I'm getting the following error "Invalid number or room ID. Try again" when trying to join a CA Virtual Class via WebEx.


What is the cause of the Error:

After enrolling in a CA Virtual class, you will receive an email with all of the Course details, things that need to be checked prior to the first day of the class that includes your login information and the Session Id used to login to the WebEx Training Center.  When logging into WebEx, the system will default to the WebEx Meeting Center page. The Session ID provided with the Virtual Class requires that you login to the WebEx Training Center vs. the Meeting Center.



1.After receiving your Registration e-mail with the course details from CA, click on the link provided or simply login to

2.This will take you to the Meeting Center default page in WebEx.

3. Select the Training Center tab and enter the Session Id as provided in the registration email.  This will launch the Virtual Class session.
