I’m excited to announce some big changes for Cloud Service Management (CSM). ServiceAide (, a privately held software company, has purchased Cloud Service Management. The ServiceAide team has exciting plans to further invest in CSM to continue improving the solution and growing the customer base.


CA Technologies and ServiceAide are committed to making this transition as seamless as possible for all customers, partners, and employees. We have taken every precaution to ensure that Day 1 you will see no impact, as no changes to staffing and operations will occur. You will continue to be hosted on the same servers, running in the same cloud facilities and will be supported by the same personnel accessed through the same channels.


Planned maintenance will continue as previously communicated including the current rollout of the Firefly release. Additionally, this community will remain the go to place for discussions and announcements.
