The purpose of this Advisory is to inform you of a potential problem that has been recently identified with CA eHealth®. Please read the information provided below and follow the instructions in order to avoid being impacted by this problem.
PRODUCT(S) AFFECTED: CA eHealth RELEASE: 6.3.3
Our stress testing has uncovered a potential polling performance problem for customers running CA eHealth 6.3.3 on Windows. The problem has been traced to a change made by Oracle to Optimization in Oracle12c. This problem does not impact Linux or Solaris based installs.
CA eHealth 6.3.3 (Windows Only)
The problem as seen in our lab introduced longer than normal polling cycles. CA eHealth instances with large numbers of elements being polled are more likely to notice the impact. Some configurations will not see a noticeable degradation in polling performance.
