How can I raise an enhancement request?

As a CA Technologies customer on active maintenance, you have the ability to provide input into the development of future
releases of your CA Technologies product. All enhancement requests are considered for future releases. CA Support cannot
guarantee that an enhancement request will be implemented, but your input and recommendations are valued, appreciated and
formally considered. Enhancement requests can be ideas for new features, simplifications, improvements in usability,
performance or operational cost as examples.
Use the CA Communities “Ideas” for enhancement submissions. Complete instructions can be found here.
Using CA Communities:
1. Go to the CA Communities site and log in.
2. Select the Communities tab and then select the desired community
3. Once you are in the specific Community site, select the Content tab.
4. Click Create an Idea and submit your idea to the Community. Be sure to select the appropriate product category for your idea.
Typically, product management will review the most voted ideas periodically for consideration in future releases of the product.
