Subject: End of Life Announcement for CA Visual Infrastructure
CA Technologies is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. In order to focus our development efforts and to help our customer base achieve their strategic business initiatives, we are investing our resources in new technology and software and will be discontinuing technical support on CA Visual Infrastructure. In accordance with the CA Support Policy and Terms (http://www.ca.com/us/services-support/ca-support/ca-support-online/product-content/recommended-reading/product-related-technical-information/ca-support-policy-and-terms.html), please consider this email your written notification of End of Life of CA Visual Infrastructure. This means there will be no new development or Service Packs for CA Visual Infrastructure, and technical assistance will be discontinued effective January 3rd, 2018. After January 3rd 2018, CA Technologies will continue to make self-service support available from the CA Visual Infrastructure product Page located on CA Support Online (https://support.ca.com) until the end of your current maintenance term.
At this time, we encourage you to plan for the migration to CA Visual Infrastructure 5.0 SP1 as soon as possible, so you can take full advantage of the features and enhancements this release has to offer.
