Error / Problem

When attempting to upload a file to a case you might encounter this error message:

Operation failed: You do not have the required permissions to perform this operation.

Please retry the upload ensuring you first doubleclick on to "Files from Customer" and see the path ( red box below). Then upload.


Additional Information
If the above steps do not work or you cannot see the "Files from Customer" folder, please contact Customer Care.
