Client would like Service Desk Manager to incorpoate the same phone number
validation that Service Catalop has in place for the ca_contact table.
The ca_contact table is shared by SDM and SC.
Currently if you enter the phone number in contacts table
via SDM you don't have validation and can enter any
characters (They do this with an LDAP import).
When SC reads that field it rejects it because does validation on the field.
