Sync the SC-UI/admin/users>user>job-title with the ones that have been defined in SDM.
If service catalog and service desk are integrated,
they should share the contact related information via database instead of maintain related contact information separately.
(for example contact's job title information are stored for service desk, but service catalog uses the information on its own
in %USM_HOME%\view\webapps\usm\locale\icusen\usershared.xml file. And they are not able to sync these at all).
- Auto-sync the above data
- Or only use the MDB-table in the SC-UI and revoke the SC.xml file.
