Advanced Search using Related Ticket

    Hi,

     

    Some of our customers ask us how they can search Catalog's requests using Service Desk's ticket number. 

    This feature does not exists in Catalog even using Advanced Search filters.

     

    Since Related Ticket information is saved in Catalog's requests there should be a way to accomplish this instead of run a sql query directly against database. 

     

    Also, it would be a major improvement if the Related Ticket information existed as a field and could be added to columns.
