I'm excited to announce a new Cloud Service Management offering from ServiceAide. Service Desk Edition, is an offering of Cloud Service Management that focuses on solving all key Service Desk needs. It does not offer more mature Service Management capabilities such as change and configuration management. This offering is attractive to organizations that only want Service Desk functionality and will help ServiceAide and Cloud Service Management continue to grow.
Existing Cloud Service Management customers will see no change in their support, functionality, licensing or pricing.
This is a packaging change and you will notice differences in how we refer to the offerings in marketing materials and on our ServiceAide.com website. The name of the offering you own will be known from a licensing or packaging perspective as "Service Management Edition". This clearly differentiates between Service Desk Edition and Service Management Edition, two offerings of the product Cloud Service Management.
