Urgent: New support servers/domains blocked by customers firewall. Unable to access Support.

You have changed the domain/servers where this new portal resides without giving us any advance notice of what these new servers are. As a result my client's firewalls are blocking access to and we are left unable to access the old portal so cannot access support until the network flows are opened, which will take several days to complete the review/approval process. Please provide the list of new servers/domains required for this portal immediately.
