Urgent: New support servers/domains blocked by customers firewall. Unable to access Support.

You have changed the domain/servers where this new portal resides without giving us any advance notice of what these new servers are. As a result my client's firewalls are blocking access to https://catech.force.com/customer/cc_ngturkey and we are left unable to access the old portal so cannot access support until the network flows are opened, which will take several days to complete the review/approval process. Please provide the list of new servers/domains required for this portal immediately.
