Error during installation of Policy Server on RHEL 6

Hi Experts,
While installing the policy server on RHEL6 it finished the installation with the following errors.

If i ignore the error and proceed to start the server it results in the following error
./start-all
/home/smuser/CA/siteminder/bin/smexec: error while loading shared libraries: libetpki2.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Need help on this
