User account is getting locked in Clarity daily

Hi Experts,

Looking for inputs on issue with a User getting locked in Clarity production environment, which is LDAP integrated.
Since integrating with LDAP, the XOG/process user is getting locked automatically everyday around 5PM IST, which stops any processes or XOG’s running under that user.

I have to go into admin side of Clarity and manually set the user as ‘Active’ daily.

The app log is showing

Authentication failed for::CN=P360User1,OU=Role-Based,OU=North
America,DC=ca,DC=com::due to this reason::[LDAP: error code 49 - 80090308:
LdapErr: DSID-0C0903A9, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e,
v1db1]

52e appears to be an AD specific error code indicating 'invalid credentials'.

The user exists in both AD and Clarity, and that the credentials exactly match between. And I am able to access clarity with NT credentials, when the user is set to active.

I am using the same user in both production and non-production environments – but this behavior is only seen in the production environment and not the other non-production environments.

Both LDAP jobs are not scheduled in any of the clarity environments.
