[font=Verdana]CA is pleased to announce that the first IDMS education course in web-based format is now available. This course which is now available online is known as ID400: CA IDMS Concepts and Facilities, updated to reflect CA IDMS r18. It is a great introduction to the IDMS environment for anyone who is a new DBA or is an experienced DBA adding CA IDMS to the products they support.

As with all CA Education offerings, this is a fee-based course. However, it is available to any individual who may want to complete the course at whatever time fits their schedule, without the need for travel or on-site arrangements.

If you would like to access the course, you can find it via this link:

The project to create this web-based training was led by Cal Domingue, Principal Support Engineer. Contributors included other CA Principal Support Engineers Brian Brendlinger, Ian Hill, Manfred Hoefer, and Yves Anthoons. The course narration was recorded by Cal Domingue.

This web-based training can be taken in any way that fits your time schedule. The course can be started and stopped any number of times, with breaks as necessary, after each break resuming where you previously left off. You may need to enable cookies on your web browser in order to do so.

If you have any questions about this course offering, please feel free to contact Kathy Mander at manka01@ca.com, or Cal Domingue at domca01ca.com. Also contact Kathy or Cal with ideas for other courses you would like to see available in web-based format. [size=7][color=#0f25e5][color][size][font]
