CAPA not showing updated Content

We recently updated the player package and deployed in production. The new content is showing for everyone except for one user. and for this one user, it shows the updated content from Mozilla but not from IE.
The new content has removed a sub section which was there earlier. When user clicks on that sub section, it throws an error saying requested data cannot be found.
I tried clearing the caches, passwords actually everything under DELETE in IE. Unchecked the Protected MODE and pop up blocker.
User is using IE9.
