Clarity Customer Receiving Email Notifications From Sandbox

Good Day,

I am a Clarity support engineer.

I have a Clarity customer who is getting emails from the Sandbox. She gets this email as seen below and there are 19 first/last name resources listed in this notification
and they are not the customer's resources (I am refraining from posting those resource names here).

What can we do to prevent this from happening, please?

We can take this offline if necessary.

Example from customer:

"I received 19 emails this morning from 'itchaitu22@yahoo.com
<do-not-reply-ondemand@ca.com>', subject is 'Timesheet submitted for time
period : 2013-04-29 00:00:00 - 2013-05-05 00:00:00'. The resources listed
below are not IR resources."
