13.1.1 upgrade NSQL errors (deleted column)

Hi there, I'm looking for a bit of advice with regard to NSQL validation errors in Clarity 13.1.1.

When doing a test upgrade of our 12.1.1 to 13.1 (fresh install, then pointed at our imported 12.1.1 database) our install.log gave some "error validating NSQL" for 14 out of the box queries (possibly inherited from any version from Clarity 8 onwards).

After installing the 13.1 PMO, 8 of those queries no longer gave an error.

There are now 6 queries remaining with the same error "NPT-0103: Error when trying to execute the query. Native message: [CA Clarity][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]Invalid column name 'prBaseFinish'.

Reading the Change Impact and Upgrade Guide, page 53 & 55, the column "prbase finish" have been deleted from tables INV_Projects and PRTask respectively.

Anyone have ideas on how to fix this problem?

Could we:
1) install PMO on 12.1.1 BEFORE upgrading to 13.1 or
2) simply delete the column name directly from the 6 error NSQL?

Any suggestions welcome.

We've been trying to upgrade our 12.0.4 Clarity system to 13.1 for a while and (after having a lot of trouble trying to get to 12.1.3) we've successfully upgraded in place 12.0.4 -> 12.0.6 -> 12.1.1.
When trying 12.1.1 > 13.1.0 we then had errors about a mysterious missing folder to do with reports (looking for startservice.bat, from memory) and install bombed out.

So, I did a clean install of 12.1.1, pointed at our upgraded 12.1.1 database, and then ran an in place 13.1.1
