Annoying Error Message

Hi, I have an error message that shows up in my app-ca.log many times each day. I inherited the error about a year ago when I resumed responsiblity for our Clarity environments. Anyway, this error is very generic and really doesn't provide any clues to which process is causing it. I've lived with it long enough and would really like to find and resolve the issue. It is filling up my logs and I am sure I miss important information.

I'm wondering are there is anything I am missing in the error that would help me find the culprit? How about chaning my logging preferences? We have too many processes for me to read one by one to find the cause.

Here is the error message.
