APM CEM Certificates - Record in Postgres DB?

Hi all,

When an SSL certificate is loaded to a TIM via the APM console, is a record kept in a table on the Postgres DB?

I have a suspicion that someone (accidentally or otherwise) removed certificates from a TIM at some point by using the 'Delete all' button.
This is part of an investigation into why the APM system stopped being able to track a large number of application transactions all of a sudden.

Usually, if the Postgres DB is involved (and I see no reason why it shouldn't be), it's a soft delete that is performed and records can still be seen via the PGAdmin III app.

Any advice on which tables to check?
