Clarity Upgrade from 13.1 to 13.2

someone has been able to do product upgrade from 13.1 to 13.2

I've two test environments running with 13.1 (one of them with 13.1 base and other server with 13.1 fix 1).
On two servers I cannot do it, I received a message error in this process.
The mesagge error is the same:


PM Error executing command: db upgrade -Dfail.on.errors=true -Dxdm.apply=true -Dupgrade.phase=upgrade

Someone had this issue?

Note: Fresh installation 13.2 in another server works correctly
