We will start by looking at the business and IT landscape to identify where Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) software sits before highlighting the challenges which organisations face on a day-to-day basis.
We will then explain the “Amplifier Effect” and how that can either negatively or positively impact your PPM implementation.
The presentation will outline some of the reasons for implementing a PPM solution as well as highlight some of the features available within PPM solutions.
The presentation will conclude with some key consideration you should keep in mind when implementing a PPM solution in your organisation.
