Report logon issue

Hi All,

Let me explain..

1. I use Clarity 13.1 and i run a crystal report on-demand.
2. The report remains open in the browser window for like say 20-3 mins. i then try to use the report at which point i am prompted to enter
username and pasword. After providing my clarity credentials, i get the below error.

Account information not recognized: Enterprise authrntication could not log you on. Make sure your logon information is correct. (FWB 00008)

Any ideas?
