Sum of actual by period

HI All,
in Object Application (Clarity 13.1 ) in team tab ,Clarity shows a list of resources for the application and the field total actual contains the sum of total actual ( from start date the application to the lastest timesheet posted).
Because in my company the application have a lifecycle 2-3 years a need to create a field total actual for each years.

For example:

Application ==> SAP
TEAM= Billy , Cost Actual = 400
Andrey,Howne Acutal = 300

start_date= 0101/2010
finish_date =30/12/2013

I need to have the field:

TEAM= Billy , Cost Actual 2010= 50 , Actual 2011= 50 , Actual 2013 = 82
Andrey Howne Actual 2010= 100 , Actual 2011= 100 , Actual 2013 = 100




Any idea? i think it very challenger for my clarity.
