I have recently taken a box from a working copy of 8.1.1 to 13.2. The connection from Clarity to MSP were working fine until we went to 13.2. Now I get a box that pops up and say "Uknown login failure". It will then go to the "Clarity log in box" in the MSP application and I put in my User ID and password and I get teh same error. Does anyone have version 13.2 and is successfully using schedule connect to go between Clarity and MSP? I have reinstalled it and I am still getting the same error. Any help is appreciated. I included a screen shot of my error.
