Clarity Add-In Disabling in MSP 2013

I am wondering if anyone else has run into this problem: I have an end user utilizing MSP 2013.  The Add In is installed.  However, it continually 'deactivates' itself.  Not sure how or why.  I have attempted to update her MSP Options under the Trust Center to see if that would solve the issue.  I have also un-installed and re-installed the Add-In.   Any thoughts on how to fix this?  All input appreciated!
