I was wondering if we have a page here, listing all the KB articles published till date with links. Any idea?
There is the Knowledgebase with search. You set you product to Clarity, search for KB or TEC and leave only English results from KB. Then create your own base from the pages produced.
Too bad that the advanced search which would allow to use exact match for KB or TEC expands the search to all products and after you uncheck a few you cannot unselect any more so that you end up with more results than with just the baci search.
I am sorry we don't have those currently, hope you can put in your idea under ideation and our Knowledge management team can take a look.
Thanks Suman and Martti.
Yes Martti, I am able to get to most of the KB articles using the advanced search. But still would love such a dedicated KB Article page with proper filtering and filters. Here is the link to the idea I posted. Please vote it up --- Complete Listing of all the KB articles with appropriate filters
Thanks a lot,
Thank you for your comment on the Flipboard. If you have the KB article ID, you can directly search the article on www.support.ca.com. Note: You have to be logged in to the CA support site to be able to view this information.
Here the links you requested:
Thanks a lot for the links.
Yea, now I get it. I just need to replace the KB Article ID (number part) in the common URL https://support.ca.com/irj/portal/kbtech?docid=****** to get to the KB article. Great!!!
That method does not work all the time.
Follow these steps:
1. Log in to www.support.ca.com.
2. Enter the KB article ID in the Search tab that is on the upper-right corner.
I don't think this discussion is in a direction towards the answer for the orginal post.
There is a number of whays of getting individual KB articles, but don't suggest starting from 1 and proceeding to 600 000 or what ever to get all of them one by one (with trial and error if there is one for each number)
