Can anyone help me with the table name and column information which stores lessons learnt details?
This seems to be a custom object and you can see the column details by following the below steps :
1. Go to Objects from the Administration menu
2. Filter for Lessons Learnt
3. Click on Attributes and the column name and table name are mentioned to the extreme right of your attribute.
Please let me know if it helps.
If you have any further doubts please feel free to reach out to Support.
I don't know what that is?
Is that a custom object (in which case it will be on an ODF_CA_something table) - look in Clarity Studio / Objects for details.
If that is an object visibile in administration - studio - object you can see the table for each attribute in the list of attributes page.

I think lessons learned is a sub-object and comes with the Prince 2 Accelerator
I actually came across the following information when going through some CA Clarity PPM pdf:
Is there a Project Deliverables Section? Can Risks Issues Changes and Lessons Learned be tied to each?
Project Deliverables is part of the CA Clarity PPM Accelerator for the PMBOK Guide . CA Clarity PPM v13 has not changed any of the existing functionality to risks, issues, and change requests. The accelerator in CA Clarity PPM v12.x allows links between risks, issues and change requests. It will work the same way in CA Clarity PPM v13.
So, I assume that "Lessons Learned" should be available within a table where risks, issues and change requests fields are also mentioned.
