[Clarity Reports] : Error: The viewer was unable to process the request

Hi All,

I am getting an error "The viewer was unable to process the request" while
exporting the reports from Clarity.

I can able to schedule or run Clarity OOTB reports immediately from Clarity
Reports & Jobs page but while trying to export them I am getting the above
error  .

When I schedule or run immediately the same reports in InfoView and if I try
to export , I can able to export successfully.

We are in Clarity V13.1, LDAP is configured in both BO and Clarity environments.

Please can you help me in solving the issue. Also help me in understanding
the root cause of this error.
