Lookup Value Display in List View

I'm trying to get a parameterised lookup value to display in a list view but it will not come through.

The lookup is used by an attribute on a custom sub-object of the project. Basically I want the list to display only assigned resources of a certain type that appear in the parent project's team. I've got this working fine when in the object instance using the code below:
SELECT
@SELECT:RES.UNIQUE_NAME:RESOURCE_CODE@,
@SELECT:RES.FULL_NAME:FULL_NAME@,
@SELECT:PAC.TRANSCLASS:TRANSCLASS@

FROM
SRM_RESOURCES RES,
PAC_MNT_RESOURCES PAC,
PRTEAM T

WHERE
RES.IS_ACTIVE = 1
AND T.PRRESOURCEID = RES.ID
AND PAC.ID = RES.ID
AND (PAC.RESOURCE_CLASS = 'non lab' or PAC.TRANSCLASS in ('Something', 'Something else'))
AND T.PRPROJECTID = @WHERE:PARAM:USER_DEF:INTEGER:project_int_id@ = T.PRPROJECTID
AND @WHERE:SECURITY:RESOURCE:RES.ID@

@BROWSE-ONLY:
and @WHERE:PARAM:USER_DEF:INTEGER:project_int_id@ is null
or @WHERE:PARAM:USER_DEF:INTEGER:project_int_id@  = T.PRPROJECTID)
:BROWSE-ONLY@
and @FILTER@
However the chosen value's display name - Ful Name in this case - won't appear in the list once the instance is submitted. If I take out line 16 the name shows in the list but my users will be faced with a drop-down/browse list of resources containing 18 entries when perhaps only 2 are on their project.

Is this a limitation of parameterised lookups or am I missing something?

TIA

Owen
