INSTANCE NOT ATTACHING IN CATALOG THROUGH PAM

Hi,

We have a webservice call 'addProcessInstanceToRequestItemOffering' to attach
instance to the request in catalog. When we use this web service call in PAM,
instance is not getting attached to the request, but a row is getting added
in the tracking tab with all the details in it as unknown.
