ERROR when i access Download Product, Cases section

Hi Friends,

I am getting the below message when I navigate to the Open/View Case or Download Product/Solution pages here. Is something broken or its just moved to some other place? Please do let me know if you have any idea.

"This portlet has been undeployed. Please redeploy it or remove it from the page."
