Incident category examples

Can anyone provide a few examples of incident categories appropriate for Types: Incidents and Service Requests (small pieces of work that need to be tracked). We are attempting to leverage the Demand  module to replace a seperate application - Quality Center. We would need to understand proper setup so that we could track effort against Applications (Investments) from both an Incident  and Service Request perspective. By the way we are upgrading to Clarity 8.1.[left]  [left]
