Clarity link with IBM Rational Suite

On our large programs, we use the IBM Rational suite to control solution delivery (Rational ReqPro for requirements & design management, ClearQuest for change control, etc.) The reason we do this is to provide traceability from the start of the solution (requirements) to the test phases (through a link between Rational ReqPro and Mercury Quality Center).  We would like to take advantage of Clarity for our organisational status reporting, but don't want our resources to have to double-key information about change requests. We would like an extract from Rational into Clarity.   Has anyone else implemented (through XOG or other means) an exchange of data from the Rational products into Clarity? I know it is technically possible (output from Rational as xml, csv or other format then XOG into Clarity) but I would like to know if there are any gotcha's or issues experienced by others.  Thanks in advanceAlistair Miller
