Hello, We occassionally find ourselves in a position where we need to 'restate' the labor rates that have been used for our actuals. Is there a way to do this in 'bulk' in Clarity? I see how to do it one transaction at a time. Steve

Dear Steve. This is possible to do within the current functionality of the application. The Create WIP Adjustment page has a 'Transfer' Feature. Within this feature you have the option to recalculate rates from the associate Rate Matrix. You do not have to actually transfer the transactions to another project/task combination, you can specify the same project/task and check the box. This feature will allow you to process 20 records at a time. Here are the steps to accomplish this task. 1. Modify the associate Rate Matrix rates/costs 2. Navigate to 'Create WIP Adjustment' page3. In the Filter Section, enter the following criteria: it is very important to filter for a specific INVESTMENT and TASK From DateTo DateInvestment ID Task ID 4. Click 'Filter' button5. Select (checkmark) all results on the page6. Click 'Transfer' button7. On the 'Transfer Transactions' page, select the same PROJECT and the same TASK in the 'Transfer To' section8. Check 'Calculate New Rate(s)' box9. Click 'Submit' button10. Click 'Continue' button11. Navigate to 'Approve WIP Adjustment' page12. Examine the transactions waiting for approval, you will see that the Rate and Cost fields are updated13. Approve the WIP Adjustments as desired
