Clarity Process Action Item Due Dates

Does anyone know what drives the "default" Due Dates on sent Action Items generated by the process engine?  I'm not talking about Escalations (or even "default" Escalations). But when an Action Item is sent (w/o escalations added/defined) as the result of a process step, the notification has a Due Date. What sets that criteria and can it  be changed? I've checked everywhere I can think of, from the Process itself, to System Settings... and I haven't found anything. Nothing in the Admin Guide either. At first I thought it may be the Priority, but of course, that would make sense. Unfortunately that's not it either. Does anyone have any ideas?  Example notification: You have been assigned to this action item:    Action Item: SOW: Started (FYI Notification)  Project: DCH - Test Processes - >$0  Creator: Administrator, Process  Due Date, Time: 8/3/09 (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)    Message Edited by dcharris on 07-28-2009 02:54 PM [left]
