Hello,  We are currently on version 12 and noticed a project that had been financially closed by accident and de-activated.   However when we opened the project back up financially, we noticed the "Active" checkbox is now grayed out.   This is actually the first project we have had a problem with this.   The project is reopened for time entry, financially status is opened, track mode in schedule is Clarity, and Investment Type is "Internal".   There are still resources and tasks set up but we cant seem to get this project re-activated even though we have done it with other projects before in the past.   Has anyone else run into this problem or was this a bug by any chance?  -Regards,Stephen    edit: sorry figured out what was wrong, we financially re-opened the project before activating it.   You may delete this post, thanks!
