Set Due Date on email notification from Process Manager

Dear All,  I  have  created  one  process  for  project  object  and  it  is  validated  and
activated.

When  I  initiated  the  process  in  one  of  the  project  on  Saturday,  5  Sep.  I
receive  below  email  and  due  date:  7  sep

You  have  been  assigned  to  this  action  item:

Action  Item:  Please  acknowledged!
Project:  testing  procurement
Creator:  Process  Administrator
Due  Date,  Time:  9/7/09  (GMT  08:00)  Kuala  Lumpur,  Singapore

If  I  try  to  initiate  the  process  again  on  Sun  6  Sep,  I  receive  below  email
and  due  date:  14  Sep:

You  have  been  assigned  to  this  action  item:

Action  Item:  Email/Fax/Post  Vendor  on  Quotation  Request
Project:  testing  procurement  2
Creator:  Process  Administrator
Due  Date,  Time:  9/14/09  (GMT  08:00)  Kuala  Lumpur,  Singapore

My  questions:

1.  Where  do  I  set  the  due  date  for  processes,  I  have  been  searching  and  I
cannot  find  the  due  date  in  process  steps  on  admin  tool.  Can  you  advice  me?

2.  If  there  is  setting  on  due  date,  Can  we  set  different  due  date  for  each
steps?  Or  the  due  date  is  applicable  for  all  steps?

3.  If  by  default  the  system  set  processes'  due  date  every  Monday.  Can  we
remove  message  due  date  from  email  notification?
