Actuate 7 will not Start

Hi Folks,  Actuate (v7) seems to have croaked this afternoon and will not restart. The message I'm getting in the Actuate Console is:   System Failure Reason : Failed to acquire application level lock. Database already in use: please check file 'owner.txt' in volume data store directory for database ownership information     Anyone seens this before?  Thanks  Dave Message Edited by DCuthbert on 12-10-2009 01:39 AM [left]
