app and bg service status unknown in All Services NSA page

Hi everyone,  I am currently experiencing a very wierd issue on my Clarity 8.1 environment.When i navigate to the All Services tab in nsa,  the app and bg service status is Unknown.I am unable to remove, deploy, etc from the panel.  However,  I have the  Niku Backgound Server, Niku Beacon, Niku Server and  Niku  System Administration service in the services console. I  am able to start and stop all the services from there.  If  I run the niku status all command, i get:  [+] Niku Beacon is started
[+] Niku Server is started
[+] Niku System Admin Server is starte
[+] Niku Background Server is startedServer is running Windows Server 2003 SP2JDK 1.5Apache Tomcat 5.5Clarity 8.1  Also, this was a fresh install of Clarity 8.1 and not an upgrade from an older version.  Anyone experienced similar issues...?    Thanks,  Ochen
