Clarity v12 & Essentials accelerator installation problem

Has anyone run into problem with installation of essentials accelerator?Clarity is version 12. I tried installation on top of service pack 6 and service pack 2 but get same result (or no result to be more precise).  I followed instructions on installation and installation proceeds ok up to message "[main] niku.union Initializing: pma.init..."After that installation hangs, or runs for hours with no results.Sometimes I get errors like on screenshot attached. But installation just hangs after that.  Anyone knows what ight be the issue here?  Windows 2003 server 32 bitMS SQL 2005 32 bitClarity 12(tried both SP2 & SP6)CA Clarity PPM Essentials Accelerator 1.1
