Hello All, i have read the other comments on this subject, however, i still can't seem to get this to work. We are still at 12.1. I have created an on demand process currently, to approve the submitted timesheet.

My inFile.xml for xog, status = 3

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<NikuDataBus xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="../xsd/nikuxog_timeperiod.xsd">

    <Header action="write" externalSource="NIKU" objectType="timeperiod" version="6.0.11"/>

    <TimePeriods>

        <TimePeriod finish="2013-01-04T00:00:00" start="2012-12-29T00:00:00">

            <TimeSheets>

                <TimeSheet ID="5226855" action="replace" approvedBy="1"

                    lastModified="2013-01-24T08:01:00"

                    resourceID="dv80296" status="3"

                    submittedBy="5171816" version="10">

                    <TimeSheetEntries/>

                    <Notes/>

                </TimeSheet>

            </TimeSheets>

        </TimePeriod>

    </TimePeriods>

</NikuDataBus>

My LogFile:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">

    <soapenv:Header/>

    <soapenv:Body>

        <XOGOutput xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="../xsd/status.xsd">

            <Severity>FATAL</Severity>

            <Description>XOG-2014: Timesheet already submitted. Submitted timesheets can't be altered.</Description>

            <Object type="timeperiod"/>

            <Status state="SUCCESS"/>

            <Statistics failureRecords="0" insertedRecords="1"

                totalNumberOfRecords="1" updatedRecords="0"/>

            <Records/>

        </XOGOutput>

    </soapenv:Body>

</soapenv:Envelope>

I still haven't seen anyone who has gotten the answer for this quite yet on the other posts, and they were a while ago as well... so, hoping that I can get this resolved. Anyone have any ideas for me please?

Thanks All,

Keri
