What is the abbreviation of LISA ?
The original meaning of LISA was "Load bearing Internet based Simulator Application" per Chris_Kraus (Chris Kraus) one of the original employees of ITKO who worked/works with John Michelsen.
However, more recently, the meaning changed to "Learn Invoke Simulate Analyze" as suggested by NaginiPinnamaneni above.
Learn Invoke Simulate Analyze
I surfed and concluded from the interview happened with lead John Michelsen of LISA. That there is no specific acronym for the word LISA ,

So, what does ITKO stand for?
I remember back in 2010 CA has showed us ITKO before it was LISA. They were trying to bundle ITKO with CA APM (CA Wily back then).
LISA was LISA when it was first sold (many years before 2010).
As for the acronym "iTKO", I was once told a story (could have been by John Michelson, could have been Ruston Vickers) about when they were writing the first online booking system for a major airline, using a new technology called "SOA". They needed to performance test their work, and this airline had unlimited LoadRunner licences (I was the pre-sales person for Mercury Interactive at the time, back in the late 90s, and I vaguely recall working in one of their hangars converted to a performance test office, trying to get LoadRunner to work against some new technology). They were unsuccessful in using LoadRunner to performance test their online booking system, so they wrote their own load-bearing Internet simulator application, and eventually decided that they could possibly have more fun working full-time on that than on custom development work.
The crux of the story (and it might be just a story, but I like to believe) is that because they supported SOA from the first inception, they had beaten Mercury Interactive by a Technical Knock Out against new technologies, and had to come up with a name for their newly-incorporated software testing company.
