Is there a way to run the installer without prompting for locations, icons etc. etc.?
My aim is to run the Linux installer with one command without having any follow up input from the user.
I know of at least one way to do it. Though not officially supported it takes advantage of the installer framework we use. It will require that you install LISA at least once so that the installer generates a property file that contains the choices that the silent installer will use. Small disclaimer: I have only tried this on Windows. The installer framework we use works the same for both platforms so it *should* work.
The steps are something like this:
That should do it.
