We use Other Work to track the following:

     Admin activities

     Non-project meetings

     OOO/Holiday

 

Question 1: There is a need to budget for these activities. How can we track and report on Other Work cost for each fiscal year?

Question 2: I would like to add Supplies & Equipment to this group. However, I am unable to create a transaction without a task. A task is needed to create a manual transaction. Is Other Work the right place for Supplies & Equipment?
