ITPAM Agent logs not getting updated

Hi,

 

ITPAM Logs in C:\Program Files\CA\PAM Agent\PAMAgent\log folders are not getting updated whenever I run "run command" or "run script" operator on that agent (touchpoint).

Can somebody please suggest what should be done. I want to see what commands are actually being executed at agent level.

Outcomes
