Scheduled reports complete in CMC but always show "processing" in Clarity v13.2. Reports that are run immediately work fine?

We are experiencing an issue with scheduled report in our QA V13.2 environment.

 

If we run report Immediately they run fine and display back to the screen when they complete.

If we run a report as “Scheduled”, it remains with a Job Status of Processing even though it completes and shows Success in the CMC. So the user never gets to see their report. Even if the user goes to Notifications and looks at the Reports and Jobs notifications, there is no notification for that Scheduled report. It is like the Scheduled report never closes the loop on the whole scheduled process.

It is the same for all the reports, both out of the box and custom.
