After installation of CA ControlMinder 12.8 and integration with Active Directory, change the root search by IdentityMinder console and now I can not login.

How did you change the search root exactly? Did you export ac-dir.xml and then re-import it?
It's possible that the new search root is invalid or that the connection to Active Directory is not functional. The 'null' value in Domain field generally indicates a problem connecting to AD.
I recommend reverting your changes to the search root and then restarting JBoss. Once you have it back to a working position you can look again at the changes you want to make to the search root and ensure they are valid.
