Is there any way to implement or adapt Alert Acknowledgement and Escalations in Introscope? What I mean is that if the alert is not acknowledged or cleared within a time range escalate to the Managers?
I understand that Introscope can send the alert to other systems like NMS or Service Desk where this can be handled but we are looking for a simple native solution within introscope to handle this.
Is there a possibility to add a menu item in Introscope to acknowledge an alert? Can escalations be handled through actions? !
