We have a client that has Single-Sign On Implemented (SiteMinder) and a load-balanced environment that would like to use Mobile Timesheets. We have been experiencing issues with non-browser related access to clarity. Initially we were not able to log into XOG and Mobile Timesheets still does not work with SSO. Has anyone seen this and been able to make Mobile timesheets work?
CA Support's answer is that Mobile Timesheets does not work with SSO, but I'm curious if anyone else has been able to make this work.
