After applying fixpack 8 to Clarity 13.2 some processes do not show Action ID when ypu try to change an Action. Is a fix or workaround available?

When I try to change an Action in a process, the action properties screen comes up with a protected blank ID. Therefor I cannot save the changes I have made to the action.

The problem seems to be "implemented" with fixpack 8 or 9 in Clarity 13.3.

 

The problem does NOT apply to all processes, nor to all steps, but is not isolated to one process/step. I have identified the problem in the "Project Manager Approval" process, or rather in a copy of it.
